Canadian singer, The Weeknd recently raised 2 million dollars selling previously unreleased music as tokens priced at $490,000 and there are even more celebrities out there selling their digital content these days. Twitter founder and CEO Jack Dorsey, tweeted the first tweet on the microblogging platform in 2006; a short text that read “just setting up my twttr.” He recently sold that tweet as an NFT to Sina Estav, CEO of Bridge Oracle. Even though the original tweet is still in existence, Jack doesn’t own it anymore… So, what are NFTs?
